Bodies would be washing up on shore or limbs would be showing up in the stomachs of fish.
Nazis weren’t able to fly easily over the ocean during WW2. You wouldn’t be able to reach Holocaust numbers with a plane, but I think “deporting” people but dumping them into the ocean could be possible and seems easy to hide.
