It’s not against the constitution for Vance to serve 2 terms as president with Trump as VP, and we all know Trump will cuck Vance to effectively still be acting President.

The 12th Amendment explicitly forbids this:

no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States
