I spent twenty bucks on alcohol in 2024. That was the first alcohol I had purchased since 2018. Gen X here.

Fellow GenX here. A bottle of Jameson’s was $20 just 2 years ago. Now it’s $30. I only ever buy it on mega sale. Can’t really afford to drink it that often, so I save it for special occasions. $10 more may not sound like a lot to done but to me it’s the cost of dinner for 2 nights.
