I will be honest - I don’t take LinkedIn very seriously. I have mine on private, only 8 connections who are all my coworkers, no profile photo, no posts/likes/comments, and I’m just making a bio now. I’ve never used it to get jobs before nor have any HR folks gone through it to hire me 🤷‍♀️ I mostly just wanted to set it up as like a work portfolio that if anyone happens to come across, they can see what I do and reach out if they feel like it.
