Realistically only China might come out of this winning.
Keyword “might” because they really screwed themselves over via one child policy.

Yes, of course. Putin is betting so high on winning his own personal war with the West, but even then Russia remains so stagnant compared to the unrelentingly growth of China even with its own problems. Russia would then be supplying raw materials.
Now that they’re trying to end reproduction restrictions (no thanks to those Malthusian fanatics in the 70s) I won’t be surprised if the Chinese would either start importing labor but keep them under tight watch, or invest heavily in friendly vassal states in Africa and South America.
