      The context is, people around the world stick these (googly eyes) onto things to make them look ‘alive’.
      The glue is usually weak, so they can be removed easily, making this more of a comedic form of vandalism rather than destructive vandalism.

      It has nothing to do with the horrible shit happening in the USA.
