You say gross, but have you ever thought about where a lot of all those healthy gut bacteria come from?
It’s not like they just spawn inside your intestines… Ok, maybe it’s a little gross, but when you really think about it a lot of stuff in life is actually kinda gross. Best not to think too hard about it.
