OldQWERTYbastard@lemmy.world 1 week agoIf you are on Android, Revanced has several ad-free versions for popular applications like YouTube and spotify. I pay 30 bucks for a lifetime subscription to AdGuard back in 2019 and the experience has been extraordinary.
It’s always a jarring experience to use someone else’s phone. Ads take up at least a third of the screen at any given time now. I’m not swimming in that shit.
