Yeah. Reddit makes money, but it’s unpaid workforce who have to combat bots - and their options are limited. It’s crazy that this is normalized.

I can’t blame Reddit mods for putting up filters or Reddit filters on bots. But I can definitely blame Reddit admins for ignoring or encouraging bots for the sake of metrics.
The number of accounts I found with thousands of posts to their own profile trying to game analytics was ridiculous

Reddit is trying to do something good but it end up being even worse than it was. And 1 of tye reasons is greed.
