How long have you never looked up before?
Comment on What are these things? I always see them in the sky
ProvokedGamer@lemmy.ca 1 year agoThanks! That’s probably what they are especially because I live somewhat near an airport which would explain why I see them so often.

As long as you apparently who also didn’t knew this according to yourself lemm.ee/comment/3880431 so stop shaming people for asking questions, especially if you don’t even know the answer to them.

You can’t be this slow. Please tell me you’re joking.

What do you mean?
WarmSoda@lemm.ee 1 year ago
I’m asking you how many years have you been alive before you looked up at the sky.

This is ‘nostupidquesstions’. Let’s maybe chill out on the shaming.

Like literally? As far back as I can remember, but I think I’m missing something. Pretty sure your comment wasn’t meant as literal.

I think that planes taking off from a nearby airport won’t be that high.
ProvokedGamer@lemmy.ca 1 year ago
I live ~20km away from it. It’s not like really close. Would they be far enough in the air for those to appear?
iforgotmyinstance@lemmy.world 1 year ago
Yes, absolutely. Most planes will still be in an accelerated climb at that range.
