Does the RoK not have selective enforcement laws? In the US, I think the 39 colleagues’ testimony would get him off without anything else.

If u remember rightly, this was a union busting thing, not a snack pie thing. This security guard was involved in a unionizing drive, and a “stolen” snackpie was the thing they found to get rid of the guy. And of course the police went along with it, because acab.
