    Compared to year 1066, Europe has digital computers powered by electricity.

    Also compared to year 1066, Europe has industrial supply of heroine, cocaine and other stuff. Some pretty modern.

    Also getting electrocuted, killed by a car, poisoned by industrial waste are too new since 1066.

    All these are “change”. The other user is wise to be conscious of the nuance. You ignoring it are not.
