    Haven’t had one since the fall of 1998, but I have spent the last couple of decades trying to re-create it.

    I simply fucking can’t. I’ve gotten very close a few times, but just nothing compares.

      Age the bread in black contractor bags. Have someone yell at you if you take to long ordering. If you wanna recreate the downtown Rochester one bring a shotgun and let off a few rounds as well.

      I had one at a food truck in Buffalo about six years ago. It was wonderful.
