I know it’s not what was originally mentioned as their intention, but they could rent out that land and tower to a cell phone company and have a fair amount of passive income generated. Let them hire someone to climb and tune it. I don’t exactly understand what their intention is for pointing it to a specific cell tower, but idk much about these things in general.
