They’ve never really explored the bathroom situation.

Like in a shuttlecraft they clearly do long haul flights, do they just beam the poop straight into space, where’s the toilet, where’s the privacy screen?

    That’s actually what the transporter officer spends most of their time doing. Transporting the waste out of everyone so they don’t need bathrooms.
