my office at home, but it gets practically no light and every plant I have tried has suffered there.
There is one plant that even got a nickname for growing in offices. It needs little light and little care.

There are variants; I have one with the characteristic white stripe in the middle and two that are just plain green, and in my experience the plain green ones are even less demanding.

I appreciate the recommendation! I do have variegated spider plants and even they don’t like my office, unfortunately. But I don’t have a plain green one, and need very little excuse to get more houseplants, lol. I’ll keep an eye out for one and give it a go c:

There’s also ivy and maybe one or two other (cultivated) plants that grow inside dark forests.
