It’s a fine idea, but you can not equate the right to privacy of an innocent person and a perpetrator. (I know courts see this differently.)
The only point I would agree on is leave out the kids, they had no choice.

Marjorie Green did not not think the rhetoric and threats of MAGA were bad until they started affecting her. She actually encouraged it in the past.
Some people don’t see an issue with a behavior they support and promote until they face it themselves.
