    I think the nicest people are the best at playing awful terrible people. If they were actually awful they wouldn’t know how to act it.

    she was brilliant in ds9 and then she literally made me yell at the screen in anger when she played grandma gallagher in shameless.

    and then i watched big sky and she touched my heart as the all-seeing/all-caring small town school teacher; fletcher was incredible.
