You can complete them without interference. I did both of those quest lines before doing constellation. Afaik the only faction quests that interfere are the crimson fleet and uc sysdef quests.

Ah ok, I was thinking the Crimson Fleet undercover was part of the UC Vanguard but it’s been a while. So avoid Crimson Fleet undercover?

If you want to do the crimson fleet quests then yes. However, I’m not sure if doing the fleet quests first blocks you from doing UC SysDef later on.
