Traditionally, feed it to your reindeer and drink the reindeer piss. Then you can drink your own piss 6/7 times.
I’ve opted for the tea/tincture route and pass on the drinking piss.

The toxic compound is ibutenic acid. It can harm your liver in the long term and make you feel very sick.
You can convert it into muscimol, which isn’t toxic anymore and doesn’t nearly have the same side effects. It has a similar effect to alcohol, but more hallucinogenic.
Depending on the legislation in your country, they might be legal to possess and consume. Still, even when legal, inform yourself thoroughly.
Dry them in a dehydrator/ open oven until crispy, then increase the temperature to ~60-70°C for another few hours. By now, everything should be converted.
Never consume them raw or unconverted, or you will puke your soul out like never before!
