In some places with unreliable power it is. It’s not a third world problem either. I have worked in parts of Australia where power is unreliable because you are in the middle of nowhere and you are the end of the power line.

  Too many trees around sadly and it was part of a national forest so we couldn’t make a clearing.

    Then you might consider a big enough battery if that’s not in MWhs. You’d charge it during night perhaps and switch to it when needed?
