They would be slightly worse than the leading competition, but the price reflects it. They also come with random bad effects. Like every once in a while, their laser guns would just explode and discharge your remaining ammo charge, hurting anything in range.
The idea originally came from wanting to make my own “Wild Wasteland” mod for Fallout 4 but I only thought of most of the things I wrote down after Starfield was announced so I’ve just been waiting for the game and toolset to come out so I can work it into the newer game. It would fit way better than I imagined with the game’s actual lore, which makes it even easier to adjust it from Fallout.
