Distribution are basically a bunch of presets, nobara is just fedora with a few gaming defaults, bazzite is immutable fedora, popos is ubuntu... If you can pinpoint the problem you probably could've fixed it in both bazzite and popos without moving around; anyhow there's thousands of different configurations so ymmv across distros.
