That’s not eugenics, which is “improving the genetic quality of a human population through selective breeding” (improving being subjective)
I’m saying billionaires have a mental disorder, and that is always passed down. If you can show me two examples of a child that was raised their entire life with billionaire parents that is now an adult and has proven themselves to not be evil, I will reconsider.

Agreed. No one chooses who they are born to, and children aren’t responsible for their parents actions.
