finitebanjo@lemmy.world 21 hours agoI think it’s a bit worse than that. While I think at least a few people are actually ignorant, I think there is a well funded and organized campaign to keep the DNC out of power, I think some of it is from within the USA but a lot of it is from Russia and China.

Maybe but I doubt it. The user base is so small. The sophistry from the echo chambers seems to propagate itself really well. I don’t know. There’s something bizarre about the same comment being repeated day in / out. I’ve been on Lemmy for a few years and it’s like nothing has changed
