Fascism is the natural end stage of capitalism. Plenty of businesses that have no core connection with the military are embedding themselves into the military. For now, most of the US top brass loathe the Trump administration, but eventually they will be replaced by loyalists. We might get a real life Enclave if something isn’t done to rid the fascists.
