I’ve had to enter applications into Workday for my last two jobs - but that was also applying for things through my network so not just blindly applying.

Wouldn’t removing companies that use Workday for hiring reduce a huge chunk of positions people might be interested in?

Or is that hiring really at such a bad state right now that it’s not worth someone’s time to apply anywhere that uses Workday?
