Depending on the amount of data you have that is entirely possible. At the least you could have a bootable drive with a specific image on it

Eyeballing for size, those are easily bigger than a micro SD, if you made a way to read round SD cards that’s easily a terabyte.

You don't even need to do that, the earring can just be an sd card holder, and you slip the sd card right out of it
