Oh yea, here in cali they get you first by voter rolls(registration) and driver license, or state ID. im not sure about utility bills, or other kinds id, but thats what i heard. aLSO, noticed those that were in JD before is more likely to be called in the future. thats why i alot of people think its not-partially random. and also how recently you voted too. note, it almost happen in 6months of voting in any election, while people i know that dint vote, or registered gets one every few years of JD. and some people never get Summons at all. like if you go to any other "fourm/site talking about JD.
