Could you somehow upload a 3MF file to troubleshoot? I suspect blender is the culprit here, especially with boolean modifiers.

That’s a nice service, thanks for the share! However, I couldn’t quickly get an overview of what metadata may be included in a .3mf file, so I won’t upload it for now. Thanks for the offer to look at the file though. :)

Don’t upload a 3mf that could have meta data. Use an STL that doesn’t support any metadata.
