I had a mate living in a council apartment for a bit - the whole damned thing was literally the size of my loungeroom. That was not a n apartment, that was a human storage locker.
Yeah it’s shit. Near my parents there is a bunch of old housing commission houses. 1 bedroom houses that are bigger than most 2 bedroom apartments. They need to build them with more space stacked up. So that all around in city train and tram stops and you get a lot of desirable supply
