Comment on 20+ hours in and my ADHD ass STILL can't figure out how the hell I'm supposed to repair my ship. The "REPAIR" icon is always greyed-out. Help!
For in the field repairs using ship parts, if you have any.
To add to that, you often get ship parts from blowing up ships. I never need to buy them.
You can also find them in the cargo if you board the ships, among other goodies and whatever the NPCs wear.
Yeah I keep forgetting to search the cargo, I search the bodies and the ship and the captain’s locker, but forget to access the cargo terminal.
On some groups ships can also be contraband sitting around in the actual ship.
