Comment on thick skinned employees, how can you be so thick skinned?
angrystego@lemmy.world 3 weeks agoI understand at some jobs you just don’t meet compatible people and this is the better strategy. But I can’t help but feel it’s a bit sad. I made some long lasting friendships at my job. It all depends on the situation.

I’ve had several jobs since then and met a few lifelong friends but the point is none of that matters when you’re on the clock. Don’t get involved in the drama and don’t date your coworkers (unless you work in hospitality, I guess)
