This is a George Carlin idea. He once proposed walling off four US states, turn them into giant prisons, and drop all the criminals with no hope of rehabilitation, pump them full of all the illicit drugs seized by the CIA and other organizations, and let them fuck and fight until they drop, and then whoever’s left?
Shoot them in the fuckin’ head!
Put it all on pay-per-view and you got yourself a giant money-printing event.
It was an extremely over-the-top silly idea, but I think we can draw some inspiration from it for this, in spite of its inhumanity, y’know?
