The IDF just claimed that everyone they killed was Hamas. They’re not well known for their honesty.

The IDF in those days claimed they were ‘targeting’ Hamas, and then the collateral damage was always discovered and reported by someone else. The change after Oct 7 was that instead of claiming to aim for Hamas and killing everyone, they’re clearly aiming for everyone.
