Weather has a big impact on mosquito numbers & feeding behavior:
- Cooler temperatures = more mosquitoes
- Higher humidity = more mosquitoes
- More rainfall = more mosquitoes (for some species)

Climate is moving north, thus your area is likely getting wetter and more humid.

Partially correct, mosquitos prefer warm humid environments with stagnant water to lay their eggs also they suck at flying so if itâs windy outside you wonât be bothered be many.

You might want to check that, the cool factor has been measured across several studies. ;)

Iâm in the swampy part of VA, around where we literally lost colonies to mosquitoes. Iâm also a mosquito magnet, where most people donât even get but if Iâm outside with them, but theyâre all over me. Itâs greatâŠ
