Unfortunately, that’s still the way of keeping the leadership: Bring the people up against each other. Instigate a class war and a race war. Tell them who’s got to be the evil. Send them to the front, let them die, tax the working class.

Fascist governments preach racism to their people, while being diplomatic with other fascist governments. Diplomacy doesn’t cate about races.
