Sure, there’s like a minority of sociopaths that will choose a life of crime no matter what, but the majority of it can be avoided by stuff like investments in education, jobs with good pay and safe third places for youth. But all those things are woke and it can take years for the benefits to show, so governments aren’t doing those things.
