Nope! Had to look that up. The post10 person appears to do work associated more with public works. Similar though. I was monitoring water quality for fisheries and aquaculture. Public health vs public works.
In case you’re interested, I believe post10 is primarily in property management now, which gives them the financial freedom and free time to do all the stuff they do in their videos.
The YouTube channel started (at least when I came upon it) with them clearing beaver dams out from culverts (using their knowledge from the public works you referenced to determine whether doing so was both safe and legal). Once that demonstrated itself to be surprisingly popular, they started adding videos about other stuff. Personally, I like the camping videos the most.
Caveat: I’ve done no research whatsoever other than watching their videos.
