I was also thinking of Lenna but seems like it’s not. Do you remember where you saw the image? Some sample image installed?

I saw it on a friends computer before we had CDs or internet. This is Ireland so internet and CDs were possibly a big thing elsewhere like the USA. I’ve found the hi-res colour version of the exact photo (linked in my OP now). Would still love to find the actual file. I remember it being called Ashley.bmp (or .gif).
