Comment on A Hellraiser video game. What do you all think?
HenryDorsett@lemmy.world 1 week agoI wasn’t a big fan of horror movies until later in life, mostly because my parents wouldn’t allow slasher type films.
So I ran through the saga. I enjoyed them, though I wouldn’t call them art, lol.
I agree, the reboot actually got me more interested in the lore, which I think Barker excels at based on his games Undying and Jericho.

They’re definitely not art (aside from maybe the first one) lol, but they’re all still pretty enjoyable if you even tangentially like horror/slasher movies.
Idk why I like them, but I feel like imo it’s the equivalent of wanting to listen to some heavy metal or something. Sometimes you just want to watch something super fucked up.
