I don’t think anyone here believes to take a woman(or any victim) on word alone. But on that same vein we can’t just decide we believe a rapist on their word alone that they didn’t do it either.

Inconclusive isn’t the same as false accusation.

Especially if there’s evidence being withheld.

The files should have been handled a decade ago with protecting victims.
