Comment on Is Mexican food uniquely good with alcohol or have I just been conditioned?

Food designed for hot climates usually pair well with cold beverages. I don’t Drink much, but my hot summertime Ceviche needs a mandatory Pacifico or Cucapá beer on it’s side.
