I dunno, he’s filling colonizer museums with stuff he stole from other countries. I think his victims are almost exclusively brown skinned people.
The movies just highlight the Nazi battles a lot because the nazis are his rivals, trying to do the same thing.

The two exceptions being:
- The statue from the intro in the first movie
- In the second movie, the remains of a Chinese emperor that he was commissioned to find by a Chinese person
