Mnem667@sh.itjust.works 10 hours agoI miss working the pit. No customer interaction, I knew what filter and where as the car rolled in, and it was smooth. I do not miss the little burns, and being covered in oil and sweat, and the occasional smashed hand from the diff plate bolt suddenly coming loose.

I was the weirdo that could change a filter with my left hand, while eating my lunch sandwich with my right hand totally clean.
There were still oddball incidents though, like magnetic oil plugs getting stuck magnetically and spraying my face with hot oil :(
