  Well 1) They’re not handouts and 2) They’re adjusting for the biases shown in those industries previously and are meant to combat the discrimination these people have faced every day of their lives.

        Again ur avoiding the question. Being given additional opportunities is a handout. When such a handout is given based on ur race thats racist.
