What makes something racist is unfounded critique of races, not simply references races.
DISCLAIMER: I do not mean this in the context of OP’s digging at Indians. Without some heavy qualifications that go far beyond anecdote, it’s kinda’ a racist statement…
So if the critique is founded then its not racist? U can find a lot of statistics that are true and would get you called an extreme racist if u said em.

These claims are founded in science and fact so therefore not racist right?
You seem to be completely forgetting that my point was that they should not be used to disparage an entire race, like pit bulls. You are on my side but you don’t even realize it…
An argument goes : “it’s racist because…”
Making distinctions/different rules/different judgements bases upon race and not the content of ones character is racist.

Well 1) They’re not handouts and 2) They’re adjusting for the biases shown in those industries previously and are meant to combat the discrimination these people have faced every day of their lives.
