In the context of Lemmy shitpost none is required.

In the context of the episode the guy in red constantly switched back and forth between being on it with the rebels and giving up them and himself once confronted. Him being so unsure of himself and undecided were sad to see.

To top that feeling and make it a shitpost, I highlighted two sets of boobs that were shown in the same episode in accord and as a satire to what TV back then seen as possible: vulgarly displayed manboobs and sexualized but still covered womanboobs.

And then I highlighted Stanley who had no gender dysphoria, right, but who at this point in his character’s life didn’t even start to process where he trully belongs: in the conformity he was put in and genuinely hates and fails at, or the risky promise of feeling worthy and somehow autonomous even if it’d take his life a second later. He’s mostly driven by sudden impulses and learnt fears in this episode, but occasionally do something right and cheers himself at that.

Lexx (this series\anthology) is not serious at all. And I don’t equate him to anyone experiencing this condition. I found this whole screencap weird and put in some layers of meanings qualifying it as a random shitpost.
