You’re not wrong, but I contend that the writers didn’t know what to do with Wesley.
Completely agree. There were a lot of weirdly written episodes, or moments that he was included into, that didn’t make a whole lot of sense. Sad as it is, they just started to figure out what to do with him when Wil left the show.
Still will miss my little spaceman.
