Sometimes people have trouble expressing themselves and opening up. We struggle as a society to change the hyper masculinity narrative that we have created. Its okay to ask for help <3

It’s not only the hyper masculinity narrative, a lot of times it’s just easier to listen to the programs of your friends and family and try to help them that to speak about your own. People have a lot of shit to deal with, why burdone them even more?
